Frustrated Pre-frosh

hello....i didn't really know what to title this, but here is my situation. i apologize if this sounds choppy, but i am very upset right now.

i have a cousin who is a year younger than i am. she is very competitive with me and her life goal is to do whatever i do, etc. she has now expressed an "interest" in going to wash u and has lovingly laughed in my face saying "haha, i'll make sure to list you [and another relative who also goes to wash u] as my cousins on my application."

she goes to a small hs that does not offer aps or honors classes so her GPA is very high, her class rank is also in the top 5 out of 70-something. her SATs are in the 1300s but she's taking them again.

1) wash u does not give legacy preference to people in the same generation, right? and no one gets preference for cousins...right?
2) i know she goes to a school that does not offer any APs so technically they shouldn't hold it against her...but i've taken 7 APs in high school and i have friends who took 5-6 and didn't get into wash u. i don't think it's fair that she can go to some easy school, have a very good GPA, and be salutatorian while i went to a hard school and worked my butt off. please give me some insight on how wash u will see my cousin's application, because i did not go to a small school and i don't know how admissions works for people in schools were no AP classes are offered.

i know the best thing for me to do is just relax and not worry about it, but i just found out about her diabolical plan 2 days ago, so it's bugging me right now. thanks guys.
