if you're looking for an easy ride, i suggest you go to JC and then transfer for upper divs. :/ seriously. every university is different, and i wouldn't say any one is necessarily "easier".

hard is subjective. gen chem kicked my ass, but i'm kicking ochem's ass. so it's really up to you, and where your personal strengths and weaknesses lie.

i've been in classes where 50% of the class got As, and it was uncurved. i've also been in classes where 10% of the class got As. it just... depends. i've also had a friend be in a class where only the top 3 people received As... and it was a 100 person class.

it's really up to you. i suggest you visit each campus you're interested in.

EDIT: it seems like you already SIR'ed at berkeley, so i guess it really doesn't matter what i say. or, alternatively, the shadiness factor in this thread just went up by 10000%.
