UCLA does not offer a Transfer Admission Guarantee. The nearest thing they offer is the Transfer Alliance Program.
If the community college that you will be attending offers TAP, a program consisting of honors courses, I recommend you sign up.
Here is a list of CCCs that offer TAP: Transfer Alliance Program - UCLA Undergraduate Admissions

Go to your CCC's transfer center and they have an IGETC sheet of courses at your CCC that fulfill requirements to UCLA.
I also recommend you visit the website assist.org frequently so you are prepared for course planning and don't miss any pre-requisites that your major and UCLA require. Welcome to ASSIST
good luck kid and enjoy your time, join clubs and get involved at your CCC, you might be surprised to find out that its not that bad.
