| This is a make-it or break-it item for me too... I called the financial aid office the other day, and was informed that CofC does not award merit aid until May (even for those accepted to the Honors College in early December, like me). Unfortunately, the only other college I'm seriously considering requires a response by May 1st. I was shocked because most colleges offer financial aid and scholarship packages with or soon after your acceptance... seems lousy to me. Btw, I'm in-state, but I think it makes no difference... |
