ok basically the NYC hierarchy for PHOTOGRAPHY ONLY is:

Commercially
SVA > Parsons > Pratt > NYU

Artistically

NYU > SVA > Pratt > Parsons

But instead of asking us, why not crack open a few course guides and see who has the classes you want to take?
