| Hello everyone! My S received the scholarship letter and acceptance letter from Chapman one day, the next day he received the acceptance letter from Dodge College. His major is digital arts. He has applied to USC for film, and UCLA for digital media. He was also interested in NYU, but after visiting there over Christmas break he decided not to apply. What stood out for us regarding Chapman was the quality of equipment, really nice people, nice campus and dorms, small classes, awesome networking opportunities, internships. Nothing unsettling. The digital arts major is only a few years old. That's the only (small) negative, but the networking and internship opportunities outweighs (in my opinion) any growing pains (if there are any, I don't know.) The negative we saw with USC is it's right in the middle of L.A. You're on campus or you're in L.A. We really like Orange County and it's not that far to L.A. Hope this helps. |
