| Some interviewers prefer more of a give and take, as opposed to the traditional interview format. Interviewers aren't usually looking for 'strong' answers to specific questions, just an overall sense of what kind of person the interviewee is.
That being said, I suspect you asked too many questions. It's pretty standard in interviews for the employer to give an overview of the company and the position before he starts grilling you. You probably should have stopped after your first question and waited for him to speak. Showing interest with intelligent questions is good, but you need to let the interviewer dictate the pace of the interview. |
