I would say not, especially if money is a factor as living in London will be a LOT more expensive than Manchester. Plus you will lose the experience of the internship. However, LSE is far more widely known outside the UK than Manchester. Don't make your decision based purely on my opinion! I don't even go to Manchester uni!
