| My D auditioned there 4 years ago. At that time, we both thought it was the
most "comfortable" audition she had. (compared to IU, Oberlin et al). They even had the accompanist available for her warm up. Some ear training questions and a brief interview followed. One thing that was unusual, they invited me to sit in on the audition and interview. Im not sure if this is still the norm there but it was our experience. We loved the campus, its location and the people. Enjoy yourself in Chicago, we had a blast.
She ultimately decided not to go because she had a better offer elsewhere. |
