| We went to one in the fall, and I'd say it was hit and miss. Some of the colleges send alums to these things, and they may not be knowledgeable about the program in which your child is interested.
On the upside, we met a fabulous person from a school we wouldn't have normally considered. He made such an impression on us that we'll always look favorably on that college, and I've even called him since to ask generic questions about the process. He was helpful then, too. |
