OK, this is what was so frustrating a couple of years ago. My daughter applied to NETC, albeit very late, but before the deadline. Paid the fee, yada yada. They replied that she was NOT going to be able to audition; they didn't "select" her. But now, the way bestshot puts it, "all the singing auditions were gone", so they don't really SELECT the auditioners; they take them on a rolling basis, it looks like... So of course this year my procrastinating daughter waited til the last minute again and probably won't get a slot....I guess it's working at the Dr. office again for her this summer! Ecchh!! |
