| We just did this last week, but son's schedule was a little different. We did take snacks, and lots of water, for him, although he has a tendency to eat very little until the entire audition process is over. There is an information session for students and parents, but no real tour. The student union is close to the performing arts center. There you can visit the bookstore, arrange for a tour at the information desk, find course catalogues, etc. There is also a cafe where you can pick up Chik-Fil-A, a slice or pizza, sandwiches, or a cup of coffee. We found ourselves with lots of down time to check out the campus, but we were waiting around for the Phantom performance last week. But once you're done with the audition, you're done. My son was very pleased with his accompanist, too. Tyson was just great.
The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Last week about 50 kids auditioned, and probably 40 were girls. |
