It really depends on what you're looking for. UCLA just got Abe and also has Denari, whereas Berk has...hm...can't think of anyone famous. Also, LA has better CNC machines. Having visited LA's architecture dpt, I got the feeling that they put a lot more emphasis on digital work. Likewise, I feel that Berkeley will give you a broader, more comprehensive understanding of architecture.
