| Sounds good but c'mon, high school students TEACHING english? My daughter graduated (with highest honors) from her college with a major in Education. She's teaching in China right now and says it's the hardest thing she's ever done. I'm sure the HS kids can help out a bit but teaching? I would find it more palatible if they promoted it more as a fun interaction thing instead of teaching. Not to say this isn't a good deal or fun but not really a volunteer or service activity imho. |
