I agree! With regard to violin auditions at top level conservatories (for what one individual's experience 2 years ago is worth!), S received nothing but polite "Thank you's" and one "Nice to see you again" (which his private teacher assured him meant NOTHING!). He auditioned at 5 schools and received 5 acceptances with varying levels of merit aid.
I think it's best not to re-run the tape and try to draw conclusions... |
