I think I may have received one of the worst financial aid packages ever.

My EFC through FAFSA said I would be expected to pay approximately $20,000 per year. That does not include the fact that my parents pay for my brother's private school tuition (which is accounted for in the CSS).

Since I am out of state, the tuition is like $45,000 per year or so with room and board. My financial aid package was $3500/year in LOANS.

Does anyone know if this can be argued, since I have received full scholarships to other colleges? Or if more merit based scholarships will be added to it sometime in the near future?
