In fact those guys do take the TOEFL...but not the SAT. You might want to know something: if you happen to know any Chinese students like the ones you have mentioned, they do not attend a descent school, right? They won't learn anything more valuable than messing around and falling asleep in classes even if they do manage to graduate from their schools, they are not able to get into any good graduate schools with such records--money will not work this time. They will pay.

I'm sorry you were so angry with a certain, or maybe some Chinese students, but I'd love to assure you that most Chinese students are hard-working people, nice and friendly.

btw, I think we can get off this topic now...It's not so pleasant anyway. =)
