| My D has asked me at least three times in the past week what is wrong with me because I've been so testy. So far she's gotten three accepts, but the two aid packages we've seen were NOT what I was expecting, so I'm really stressed/worried about paying for school. Ugh.
I think a lot of her schools mailed their letters yesterday, so hopefully by the middle of next week much of THAT worry will be done with.
And this whole process has been difficult, especially when she'd come home and say 'Suzie got into every school she applied to', 'Mary heard from 5 of her 6 schools already' and we're sitting here with NOTHING.
One of her schools has said they'll mail their letters April 1, and I *really* hope they're going to mail them a little earlier so we can start moving forward .... with loan apps.
I've already told my youngest that she's not going to college, I can't take the stress. |
