Hey issacnewton,
i thought the same before , but a guy who is at U of Alberta told me that he god 14500 CND total per year scholarship with just 84 % in his final CBSE year. The tuition at U of Alberta is aroung 18000 CND for international. 14500 is huge, i think one can get more.
