Has anyone else still not heard from AU? D has heard nothing. The strange thing is, 10 kids from her class applied, 9 were accepted, one waitlisted. She has better stats than all but two of those who were accepted, so she should hear positively, when she hears (though in today's environment, who knows?) The thing is, I can't help but feel AU is shooting itself in the foot with its staggered decision notifications. When the first two kids from her school heard back positively, D was sure she was rejected. Then we heard about AU's random notification system and she felt better. But now that 10 days have passed with no info from AU (but intervening good news from 3 other schools) D is beginning to feel much less enthusiastic about AU alltogether. Why wouldn't AU just let everyone know at once?
