| Found out I was rejected last night. This one stung, really really badly. Started crying right after I read the first line. It's one thing to be rejected based on auditions/theatre but this was my first academic rejection and it was also my top choice. I know that the numbers were crazy this year (They chose 2,000 out of 25,000 applicants) but it still hurt a lot. And I know I shouldn't compare myself to others but I honestly was irritated that a few of my friends with weaker GPA's and standardized test scores were accepted early decision. Oh well. |
