Yeah, if the SAT is as easy as readin' writin' 'rithmatic then how come the average score is like around 1500/2400? that's pretty pathetic in my opinion.
I think sometimes gpa is an indicator of how easy your school is. I know people with 2200+ SAT scores, with 3.5 gpa's, because they don't go to an average school. I've met others with 3.9 gpa's and 1800's on their SAT's. the test isn't everything, but sometimes it's an indicator of how hard the school was, because kids in rigorous schools do better on standardized tests. That 3.99 kid with the 1800 might not do as well in another school
