A perfect 36 on the science test... I've never seen that before.

You've certainly got a chance but I'd watch those humanities grades. Easier said than done, but shoot for a 4.0 UW this semester and next semester - it'll help out your GPA a bit and show an upward trend. Next year will be the hardest year in admissions history, a bit harder than this year even.

That means you'll need great essays to get in here Fortunately, Mudd isn't the "let's see if I can get in / name brand / bragging" school, which means that the admissions rate is much more reasonable. Then again, the applicant pool is much more self-selective than some other colleges.

Mudd's curriculum is about 35% humanities so your scores in English and History worry me. I'd tell you to improve Spanish, but I got straight B's in that subject except for 1st semester junior year -.- In any case, keep up your history and English scores. You'll get by with B's in one subject but probably not if they continue across the board in humanities.
