TAP = Transfer Alliance Program
TAG = Transfer Admission Guarantee
The difference is that TAP gets you priority consideration at UCLA, whereas TAG is a guaranteed admissions program for certain schools (not available for UCLA and UCB (unless your EOP, I believe).
