| a.) The more prereqs completed the better; in your case you have completed the majority of the prereqs so I am assuming it will not play a large, if any, role in their decision.
b.) Time in school only matters as far as course load; if your schedule is constantly low in course load and spread out (2-3 classes a semester over the course of 3-4 years lets say) it will translate negatively.
