I have a friend who was accepted to several ivies last year, including Yale and turned it all down to attend Northwestern HPME, if it helps. You really have a difficult decision on your hands. I think you'd have a lot of fun at Vandy, but Princeton seems "too good" to turn down. If you're 100% sure you want to attend medical school I'd choose Northwestern. However, you may be able to get into a top med school without a guaranteed med program. Good luck making the choice!
