Fine ill give you good information.

UCSD if you maintain over any GPA above like 3.4 you'll most certainly get in, unless your GPA is REALLY REALLY competitive.

UCLA , do the TAP (Transfer Alliance Program) that your community college SHOULD be offering.

Honestly my work load was so easy, it's so easy to complete 60 semester units in 2 years it's not even funny. I recommend taking 2x classes every summer and winter session available so you'll have a lax course load during the 16 week semesters. Ratemyprofessor.com is your best friend.

Make sure you complete IGETC, join your local honor society club.

Do all of those, stay focused, and you CANNOT fail, I think CC is much more easier than high school because I have much more time to procrastinate.
