| UF's undergrad engineering, while having a good reputation, suffers in the lower division classes; the classes are gargantuan, poorly taught, & the engineering advisors (at least in Mechanical & Aerospace) just generally suck. I did 2 years at UF & deeply regret not having changed major sooner.
That, or just stay the hell away from MAE. I hear CivE has happy students. |
