Congratulations to everyone and their kids on their admissions, scholarships, accomplishments and having the wisdom, courage and strength to move on after rejections/waitlists.
We were very blessed as my DD got accepted to all the schools she applied.
We also overestimated the amount of merit scholarships she would get. Here is what she has:

Duke, Emory: Admitted - with NO financial aid
Vanderbilt, WashU and Pomona: Admitted - with SOME merit $ (between 10-35% of total cost of attendance)
USC, BostonU, Tulane, Univ Richmond: Admitted- with SUBSTANTIAL merit $. (between 75%-100% total cots of attendance)

Her dream school is WashU (they are soooo good at wooing the kids!).... but she probably will not attend, as we would have to get huge loans to pay for it.
Tough decisions ahead and a very short month to visit schools and make final decisions.
Good luck to everyone!
