| I know last year just after admissions decisions went out, Barnard students were encouraged to take a card (or several) containing the name and contact info for a newly admitted student from their "hometown" area and contact them. My d wrote postcards to some young ladies from the Atlanta area. Maybe the phone calls are the result of a similar thing? Any way, just the first in what I consider to be a line of characteristically personal touches at Barnard. |
