Sorry, could not find Tulane's CDS.
Found a listing of departments, including an office for institutional research (the normal home for CDS', factbooks, etc.) but the dept has no page of its own. Tulane is in fine company with other less-than-transparent institutions like Harvard & Wash U. I suspect they may not wish to have their numbers publicized with all of the Katrina turmoil, perhaps (speculating, I don't have hard data) causing a dip in apps & higher acceptance rates than historic, which may look "bad" in the face of general admissions trends in the opposite directions.
ps....tiff90, if you are feeling bold, I wouldn't hesitate in asking (no harm there) the IR folks listed on the following page if they can send you their CDS:
