| We live in northern new england and had the same response. That said, people who need to know (i.e. those in education, those who hire, etc.) know about Emory and have nothing but great things to say. Also, you will be surprised that once you pay attention, Emory is in the news a fair amount -- i.e. with the Dalai Lama visit, medical accomplishments and advancements, pol sci profs being interviewed, etc. Once you are there, you will see this is one of the up and coming small universities. You will feel it. |
