Have you ever seen the "Jaywalking" segments on The Jay Leno Show? The widespread ignorance of the American public is astounding, and quite frankly pretty depressing. People don't give a s**t about Iraq and the military in general because only one percent of the American population is directly affected by the war (Blackwater, Haliburton, and other government contractors not included). Now the "economy" is the hot political issue. Why can't people connect the dots between the war and the economy? |
