| It really depends what else you have done. Very few scores will DISqualify you. However, you need to have something to make up for your scores. For example, I know one McKenna scholar who had a 29 ACT and a 1100/1600 SAT. She started a charity when she was 13 to raise money for AIDS victims, which made up for her poor scores.
As far as SAT IIs, they don't matter. You don't have to send them in. And if you're still worried about them because they're sent in with your SAT scores, take my example. I had a 660 average when they made McKenna scholar decisions, and I was chosen as a finalist off of that info. So don't fret over poor SAT IIs. |
