| About voting -- If your home of record is Georgia and you have a Georgia driver's license, meaning all the residency blah, blah, blah, I don't understand why you can't register to vote in your home county. If you are a student attending school out of state, that is no different than anyone else being away from home on election day. Am I missing something in your question?
My son got absentee ballots and voted in Maryland, our home state.
