| This may sound like a very shallow question, but is there any marked difference between recruiting by BB investment banks at (Harvard/Wharton) and Duke? I've heard conflicting reports, some saying that you're pretty much set if you go to Harvard/Wharton and others saying that even though the numbers at H/W are probably greater, that just reflects a stronger, more business oriented pool of students. So, I guess my question is this, assuming that I go to Duke, get a good GPA (I'm hoping for a 3.7), and maintain a passion in the financial sector, should it be that difficult for me to land an internship/job? Also, are most jobs that Duke grads getting "front office" or "back office" jobs? |
