| Guys, last year, I asked my date to the prom at a Quiz Bowl match. Seriously, it went like this:
Team: *general prom conversation at the table between matches*
Sophomore girl: "Hey, salamander, who are you taking to the prom?"
Me: "I don't know yet."
Me: *turns head to male friend sitting next to me*
Me: "Hey, C, want to go to the prom with me?"
C: "Sure."
