That's ok, jym. I think that's really neat that you were able to take courses in learning about the wines, etc. in grad school. No wonder you're so knowledgeable! My kids loved visiting the various chateaus in the Bordeaux region of France, and I'm sure they were a captive audience in terms of learning all about the wine-making experience. They took the initiative to visit on their own - it was a nice brother/sister bonding weekend.
