No. Simply put (and there are always exceptions, but realize that both the state AND the federal gov'ts have watchdogs for this), any evidence you are a student is an automatic disqualifier for a change in residency. You need to live there year-round for at least 1 year, NOT be a dependent (as determined by your parents' taxes -- generally, you would be above the age of 22), and you need to have proof of residence (campus housing does not count).
