Anyway, you obviously have a strong resume in terms of scores, ECs, and grades in challenging classes. This puts you in the running for any school on your list. After that, it all comes down to how well you can communicate your passion through essays and how your teacher recommendations turn out, but I'd say you have a good shot at any school on your list. BU and U of I are probable safeties, and the others are matches to reaches.
About ED, statistically speaking it does help to apply ED, but if you are not sure if the school is affordable, do not apply ED! I know that sounds like common sense but I've seen multiple threads about trying to get out of ED agreements because of underestimated financial aid.
