| I'm not sure whether your concern about "leadership" in terms of holding an office, etc. is valid. I think many employers are more interested in knowing whether you can work with others as a team member. You can show this through involvement in community service activities that require working with others such as Habitat, Alternative Spring Break, etc. You don't have to be "Mr./Ms. Congeniality", but it's good to show your dependable and can interact well with others. |
