jym626 and others: Our synagogue's men's club sells imported Israeli Kosher wine for Pesach...My H is the expert; he bought Galillee Chardonnay 2006 and two Yogev 2006 blends: Cabernet & Merlot and Cabernet & Shiraz...That being said, both the New York Times and the Wall Street Journal had Kosher for Passover wine reviews recently (you can search online for both).....Also, I can't believe that one of the large suburban Atlanta liquor chains didn't stock KP wines....Surprising.....

Thank you all for the recipes....Unfortunately, I have to cook gluten-free for Passover so recipes with "matzoh anything" are out...Not sure what the rules are for people who have dietary restrictions, but we let my daughter eat her regular food on Pesach...she can't really afford not to.....We are thrilled though that sooo many baked goods that are KP are also gluten-free!!!
