| Check w/your hometown bank and see if they waive ATM fees at other banks ATM's. My S kept his hometown bank acct, pays bill online, can use any ATM 4 times a month for free. Hometown bank credits his acct for other bank ATM fees.
As flute said above, most kids don't need cash. S rarely uses ATM, but can if needed at no charge. |
