I have to make charoset for 54 tonight. I'm cryin' saltwater (actually am happy about it). No other cooking, just "bring a ton of charoset." I think of it as a main food group, so plan to make plenty.

Perhaps my inlaws don't trust me to make real food dishes? Ah well, it's okay. They think I can't mess up chopping apples and nuts, but they are SO WRONG. I'll show them!!
