| Biomedical Engineering I'm going into MechE, but if I get rejected from my first choice and get into either Duke or UCSD, I will probably go into BME since I'm sort of interested in that and like the idea of biology and engineering fusion (and those two colleges are known for their BME programs).
Can someone give a brief rundown of what each BME specialty (i.e., biomechanical, electrical,) does in the workfield? For example, who designs artificial organs? I am mostly interested in electrical or mechanical. |
