There aren't that many doubles in Rubin. And they have regular doubles and regular triples, so if you don't ask for LC, you still might end up in a triple (though it will be significantly larger than the low-cost triples). A large portion of Rubin is low-cost housing. I'm not sure about Brittany, because I did not ask whether the triples I've been in were LC. Either way, there are ways of securing yourself a double, but not in Rubin, as far as I know.
