You struck a nerve. I was going to pay the extra $$ for CavComp so I could get the service but when I called the story I got on the phone, in terms of service, was different than the story told on the website.
For example on the phone they said on site help in 5 days vs the website of nextday.
I want a great on site warranty. Any suggestions?
