Both programs have a very good reputation. However, I am more familiar with the program at Syracuse, and it is excellent. In addition, they have a professional Equity theater affiliated with their drama department, which gives students many additional opportunities to perform, to work with professionals, and even to earn Equity points or join the union.

You might also want to think about the differences in the schools in general. Would you be more comfortable at a smaller school like Ithaca, or a big school like Syracuse? If you haven't already done so, a visit to the campuses would be a good idea. They are quite different; that's not to say that one is better than the other. Many excellent actors have come out of both programs.
