Interesting, because UM does admit people regularly from Unifieds. Also, there are times when the entire staff is not at the on-campus auditions - even at UM (although this is rare). CMU and CCM also definitely admitted people from Unifieds this year. I think if you are truly ABLE to do so, go to the schools which are you truly top choices, but if finances are an issue (and when aren't they, in this day and age?
), Unifieds is a great solution.
