| I got an offer right away, but I signed up on the list a year in advance so I was on top of the list, one of my classmates said she signed up about a month in adavcne and got in in July so that's not too bad. They have allot of new construction that will be finished by July so you should be able to get an offer about 1-2 weeks before move in date. It's hard becuase they give you an offer and then if you don't take it they put you back on the list. I was afraid that I would lose my spot so I took the first offer and it was a bit smaller than the one I wanted. Mine is a 3 bedroom though and the 1-2 bed is actually a better size so you should be fine either way.
